If you are not happy with your experience, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
- Personal Training and Coaching Services: If you are dissatisfied with your personal training or coaching sessions, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of your first session. Refunds will be provided for any unused sessions, but cannot be granted if you have already used part of the service or product.
- Fitness Programmes or Online Coaching: If you are not satisfied with the fitness programme or online coaching service, we will offer a refund within 30 days of your first consultation or purchase. Please note that refunds for digital services are contingent on the customer not having accessed or used the programme.
2. Refunds on Products :
Lockie’s Fitness offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our physical products, including fitness equipment, supplements, and gear, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
